Ready to run wild with your phone? The Coastal Five Selfie Spot Challenge is ON—and it’s your ticket to fame, prizes, and probably a few mid-run giggles.

Here’s how it works:

We’ve sneakily planted 5 Coastal Five Selfie Spot signs at epic Taranaki locations. Your mission? Find 'em. Snap 'em. Share 'em.

To enter:

1. Take a selfie at one of the 5 Selfie Spots.

2. Post to Instagram or Facebook with #CoastalFive and #RunYourWay.

3. Tag the Coastal Five event page.

4. You’re in the draw!

💡Hint: Every Selfie Spot is hidden somewhere along one of the five official Coastal Five courses. So whether you’re pacing the mile or climbing at Pukeiti, keep those eyes peeled and that phone ready.

Because every great challenge needs a few ground rules. Here’s the fine(ish) print:

1. One Spot, One Entry:
   You can enter once per Selfie Spot. That’s a total of up to five entries per person—one for each location.

2. How to Enter:
   Snap a selfie at any of the five hidden Selfie Spot signs (psst... they’re on the Coastal Five rune courses).
   Post your pic on Instagram or Facebook with #CoastalFive and #RunYourWay, and tag the Coastal Five event page.

3. Entry Deadline:
   All entries must be posted by 11:59pm on Wednesday 19th November to be eligible.

4. Winner Notification:
   Prize winners will be contacted via DM and announced publicly on Coastal Five social media on Friday 21st November.

5. The Prize Pack Includes:

   • One free race entry to the 2026 Coastal Five.

   • Coastal Five merch including t-shirt and run cap

   • $1,000 flight credit with Air New Zealand

6. Air NZ flight credit:
   Flights must be booked by 30th June 2026.

   Tickets are non-refundable, and non-transferable, and are subject to space availability at the time of booking.
   Flights are not eligible to accrue Airports Dollars, Status Points, or frequent flyer points under any other carriers loyalty programme.

7. Eligibility:
   Open to all runners, joggers, walkers, and selfie enthusiasts. If you’re under 18, you’ll need a parent or guardian’s permission to enter and claim a prize. You don’t have to be registered for Coastal Five to play—but it’ll be more fun if you are 😉
