Marathon Distance

At the heart of the Coastal Five is the individual marathon distance event. Not for the faint-hearted, the individual distance sees runners compete in all five events over two days and covering 42.2km.

This event requires a combination of endurance, strategy and a lot of grunt! Earn points over all five distances with the highest overall score declared the 2025 Coastal Five winners.

Timing Results

Timing results will be provided by age group category. Individual age group categories are as follows for men and women; 16-34 years, 35-49 years, 50-64 years, 65+ years

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the top three places overall for male and female.
