Are Cups Provided?
For 2022 the Coastal Five is a cupless event. We will have collapsible cups available for purchase at registration that are easy to carry on you during the race to fill at aid stations.

Yes. There are four water stations on the half marathon course at 4km, 8.5km, 12.5km and 17km. The aid stations are stocked with water and Tailwind product. In the Pukeiti 10km there is 1 aid station at the 5km turnaround point. For all other events water stations are at the start/finish lines.

We encourage people of all abilities, ages and backgrounds to compete. If you are entering all five races as an individual we recommend that you can run a minimum of 45 minutes without stopping.
